Not because they don’t want to, but because it can be hard to pinpoint where to start. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMia Becker helps people pick up their body-led compass and listen to the direction it’s pointing in so that they can confidently move towards their true north. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOver and over again, she sees a beautiful state of embodied aliveness and confidence return in her clients as they become present with their bodies, trust their inner knowing, and meet their authentic selves with honesty and compassion.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHer work is informed by a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, years of facilitating somatic group experiences, and a line of clients out in the world who have received personal support in somatic processing, trauma-informed embodiment, attuned touch, and nervous system regulation. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMia brings a grounded and body-led approach to healing and change work.
