Take a pause and join us for a soothing evening of Yin yoga and heartfelt connection.
We’ll begin with a grounding Yin yoga practice—slow, intentional, and deeply nourishing. This style of yoga invites you to hold passive poses for several minutes, gently working into the body’s connective tissues like ligaments and fascia. It’s a quiet yet powerful way to ease physical tension, improve mobility, and promote energetic flow—leaving you feeling calm, open, and rebalanced.
After class, cozy up with a cup of seasonal herbal tea and enjoy relaxed conversation in the warm, welcoming space of the Koselig Nook Teahouse.

We’re honored to welcome back Lisa Werny as our monthly Mat & Mingling guide. A two-time “Best of the Main Line” yoga instructor and soulful teacher, Lisa has been sharing the practices of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness since 2007.
Before opening her own yoga and wellness studio in 2021, Lisa taught in studios and corporate settings alike—always with the intention of helping others reconnect to themselves and to what matters most. Her work is rooted in creating space for healing, presence, and meaningful transformation.
Because of the limited seating and small group dynamic of this workshop, we will not be offering refunds or accommodations for missed attendance. You are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member and we will verify the purchaser’s name at check in.
This class is mainly for adults, but parents are welcome to join with their teenage children. Mature teens may attend as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Tickets are required for all participants.
