Join us for an energizing evening of Vinyasa yoga and heart-centered community at the Koselig Nook Teahouse.
Vinyasa is a flowing, breath-led style of yoga known for its dynamic and athletic nature. Often incorporating familiar sequences like Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskaras), this practice builds strength, enhances flexibility, boosts cardiovascular health, and helps ease stress—all while guiding you into a steady rhythm of movement and breath.
We’re delighted to welcome back Lisa Werny as our monthly Mat & Mingling guide. A two-time “Best of the Main Line” yoga instructor and soulful teacher, Lisa has been sharing the tools of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness since 2007.
Before opening her own studio in 2021, Lisa taught in both corporate and studio settings—always with the heartfelt intention of helping others reconnect with themselves and what matters most. Her classes create space for healing, presence, and personal transformation.

Because of the limited seating and small group dynamic of this workshop, we will not be offering refunds or accommodations for missed attendance. You are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member and we will verify the purchaser’s name at check in.
This class is mainly for adults, but parents are welcome to join with their teenage children. Mature teens may attend as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Tickets are required for all participants.
