Koselig Nook
Women’s Meditation Circle
Women’s Meditation Circle
Sunday October 20, 2024-5:00pm to 9:00pm
The workshop will conclude by 8 pm, and you are welcome to enjoy the space and reflect until 9 pm.
Join us for a facilitated experience designed for women of all ages to nurture your spiritual and wellness journey in a supportive community.
Enjoy unlimited access to a variety of soothing teas as we embark on this journey.
The circle will begin and end with guided meditations, helping to center and ground our intentions.
We will also listen to a short clip of wisdom from the late spiritual teacher Ram Dass, setting the theme for our discussion and encouraging deeper contemplation. Participants will have the opportunity for journaling and a moderated group discussion, where you can share your thoughts and insights in a safe and welcoming environment.
This gathering is inspired by the Hindu concept of satsang—a practice that recognizes community as an integral aspect of spiritual growth and healing—a concept often overlooked in modern Western society.
The purpose of these gatherings is to share ideas of spiritual wisdom in a supportive environment, to reflect on deeper truths, and ultimately to find a sense of healing, peace, and connection. The concepts we will discuss are universal, and we will hold a space of open-mindedness and respect for each person's personal background and beliefs.
Bring your journal and a writing instrument.
