Refund policy

Because our space is limited, we maintain a firm no-cancellation policy and cannot provide refunds. Please keep this in mind when booking your reservation.

If a workshop must be canceled due to insufficient sign-ups, weather, or presenter unavailability, the presenter is expected to have a make-up date arranged in advance and to communicate directly with attendees regarding ticket transfers.

If an attendee is unable to attend the make-up date or any future offering of the same workshop, the Nook will, as a courtesy, allow a one-time transfer of the canceled reservation. Alternatively, attendees may be offered a Nook store credit.
