WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY

This Waiver of Liability ("Waiver") is entered into by and between Koselig Nook hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the undersigned individual, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant."

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS:

The Participant acknowledges that participation in activities provided by the Company involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with such activities.

2. WAIVER AND RELEASE:

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Company's activities, the Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for personal injury or damage to property arising from the Participant's participation in said activities.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The Participant understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for their well-being and safety during participation in the Company's activities. The Participant agrees to follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the Company and its representatives.

4. COVENANT NOT TO SUE:

The Participant agrees not to initiate legal action or lawsuit against the Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, or representatives for any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether related to personal injury or property damage, arising from participation in the Company's activities.

5. SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of this Waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be fully enforceable.

6. GOVERNING LAW:

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This Waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the Participant and the Company, supersedes all prior understandings, and may not be modified except in writing and signed by both parties.
