AcuSound: Acupuncture & Sound Immersion with Tea-Nov 1
Spring to Summer Transition | Wood to Fire with Allison Laird, L.Ac. & Annette Vazquez
Sunday Nov 1- 6:00pm 75 mins
Step into a deeply restorative experience designed to support balance, release, and renewal as we transition into the fall season.
This unique AcuSound experience blends the therapeutic benefits of acupuncture with a multi-instrument sound immersion, creating space for the body to unwind, regulate, and restore.
Rooted in the wisdom of Chinese medicine, this session will support the energetic qualities of the Metal element (fall). This season invites us to slow down, refine, and release what is no longer needed. We will focus on supporting the lungs and large intestine, which are associated with breath, letting go, boundaries, and emotional processing.
Participants will receive acupuncture tailored to support this seasonal shift, helping to regulate the breath, release stagnation, and restore balance within the body.
As the needles are placed, you will be guided into a sound immersion journey, where layers of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, grounding drums, Koshi chimes, and subtle rhythmic textures create a deeply supportive environment for the nervous system. Sound and acupuncture work synergistically, encouraging the body to soften, release, and enter a state of rest and repair.
This experience is both grounding and spacious, offering an opportunity to release, reset, and reconnect with your inner rhythm as the seasons change.
No prior experience with acupuncture or sound healing is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow the body to receive.
This collaborative experience invites you to align with the rhythm of the seasons, reconnect with your body, and restore a sense of balance from within.
Following the session, you are invited to stay and enjoy a cup of tea, allowing time to gently integrate and connect in the calming atmosphere of the teahouse.
Tea: Cinnamon Plum
A warming, caffeine-free botanical blend that brings together the sweetness of sun-ripened plum with notes of red currant, tangy hibiscus, and Saigon cinnamon. This comforting tea supports the seasonal shift into fall, offering warmth, grounding, and a gentle sense of release.
Ingredients: Organic cinnamon, organic hibiscus flowers, organic currants, organic licorice root, natural plum flavor.

About Annette
Annette Vazquez, of Yoga and Sound for All, offers accessible yoga, meditation, and multi-instrument sound immersion experiences designed to support healing, mobility, relaxation, and deep rest for people of all ages and abilities.
Her journey began during a time of personal challenge, when she was searching for peace, healing, and a way to reconnect with herself. After a 27-year career in the financial industry, she felt called to slow down, shift direction, and explore a more intentional and balanced way of living.
Yoga became a powerful tool in her own healing, including managing arthritis through mindful movement, breath-work, and restorative practices.
As a Certified Multi-Instrument Sound Healing Practitioner through the Sound Healing Academy and a certified yoga teacher with specialized training in restorative, yin, accessible, and chair yoga, Annette creates experiences where sound is not only heard but deeply felt. Her approach blends crystal and Himalayan bowls with grounding drums, Koshi chimes, and subtle rhythmic textures, offering a supportive space for the nervous system to settle.
Her sessions are intentionally paced, inclusive, and accessible, welcoming all bodies, backgrounds, and experience levels.
Because of the small group nature of this experience, tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend and we will verify the original purchaser at check-in.
