Sacred Voice: A Sound Healing Journey for Body & Soul Dec 20

Come rest, receive, and reconnect to the magnificence of your being through this unique sound healing experience. 

Unlike typical sound baths using bowls, this journey uses the vocal soundscape to create an earthy and ethereal environment designed for deep rest, alignment, and awakening.

What to Expect

• Sharing Circle & Intention Setting: Begin by gathering together to connect and set meaningful intentions.

• Guided Embodiment Practice: Gentle guided meditation to help soften into a conscious, reciprocal relationship with your body and soul.

• Vocal Sound Bath: Lay comfortably as vocal soundscapes bathe you in frequencies that evoke being lovingly held by the Divine Feminine and Mother Earth.

Many participants describe this experience as a profound "coming home" and a gentle remembering of their true nature.

About Krista

Krista Bowman (of Awaikin) is a Sacred Feminine Healer and Facilitator, Niasziih Healing and Bodywork Practitioner, Shamanic Sound Healer, Reiki Master, and Somatic, Spiritual, and Conscious Relationship Coach. She is passionate about guiding people home to their bodies, each other, the Earth, and the Divine through transformative healing work, group classes, and events.

Shikifutons and couches at The Nook are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat and a dog-hair- and smoke-free blanket based on your personal comfort preference during the session. A blanket is encouraged to help you stay warm and cozy throughout the meditation.

Because of the limited seating and small group dynamic of this workshop, we will not be offering refunds or accommodations  for missed attendance. You are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member and we will verify the purchaser’s name at check in. 

*Ages 18+ The class participants are mainly adults, but we also have mothers join with their teenage daughters. Mature teens are welcome with a parent or guardian in attendance. Tickets are required for all attendees.
