Archetypes, Ayurveda & the Sacred Transition of Midlife
Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 7:00 pm
Perimenopause and menopause are often talked about only in terms of symptoms—but what if this transition is also an invitation?
Join Ayurvedic Practitioner and women’s wellness educator Lisa Scarborough for an intimate exploration of the feminine archetypes that emerge and evolve as we move through midlife.
Together, we’ll explore The Priestess and The Crone (she’s not who you think) as mirrors for the different seasons of a woman’s life—and discover how the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda can help us understand the physical, emotional and energetic shifts of perimenopause and menopause.
Through conversation, reflection, Ayurvedic wisdom and a little bit of magic, we’ll explore what we may be ready to release, what is asking to be reclaimed, and the woman who is beginning to emerge on the other side. We’ll learn simple daily practices to ease the transition and support the process.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering and returning to the woman who has been there all along.
No previous knowledge of Ayurveda is needed. Come as you are, enjoy a beautiful cup of tea, and settle in for an evening of connection, curiosity and self-discovery.
