After practice, stay awhile to enjoy a warm cup of seasonal tea and connect with others in the serene setting of the Tea House.
About Renee
Renee first discovered yoga in college, when a class taken to fulfill course requirements quickly grew into a lifelong passion. Over the years, she has explored many styles of yoga, including basic, pre-natal, family-friendly, and hot yoga. Later, she pursued her dream of becoming a certified teacher, completing her RYT200 training along with a children’s yoga certification.
Renee teaches with the intention of sharing the joy yoga has brought to her life. Her classes are fun and uplifting, weaving in elements of strength, balance, and flexibility—qualities that extend beyond the mat into daily life. She believes that a consistent yoga practice can open the path to bliss, and she invites you to discover this sense of wholeness at Dandelion Yoga.
