About Estelle Tracy
Estelle Tracy is a chocolate sommelier based in Kennett Square. Originally from France, she first discovered bean-to-bar chocolate after reviewing 37 chocolate bars for her 37th birthday on Halloween 2015. This challenge opened her eyes to the diverse flavors, stories, and makers behind craft chocolate. Since then, she has hosted hundreds of tastings worldwide. Because of the limited seating and small group dynamic of this workshop, we will not be offering refunds or accommodations for missed attendance. You are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or family member and we will verify the purchaser’s name at check in.

The class participants are mainly adults, but we also have mothers join with their teenage daughters. Mature teens are welcome with a parent or guardian in attendance. Tickets are required for all attendees.
